Just thought I'd post my progress on the goal I set for myself for 2007. My goal is to be at 200 workouts by the end of the year. I started the year out with 50 workouts under my belt. As of today I am at 66 workouts. By my calculations, if I do 3 workouts a week for the rest of the year, I will make my goal. Let's hope I can keep this up!!
